Gaming News – April 27-10

• A band of current and resigned Infinity Ward employees are suing Activsion $75-$125 million USD for breach of contract stacked on top of that, another $74-$125 million for what the plaintiff claims as “punitive damages”
• Rocket Knight will be releasesd May 12, 2010 for PSN, XBLA and Steam
• Singapore will be investing $14 million USD to help create new content and programs for the game industry
